Biography
Amy received her Bachelor’s degree in Heritage Management from Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM) and later obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration from City University of Macao. Prior to joining UTM, she worked in the Human Resources department in the Macao leisure enterprise. Amy joined UTM in 2012 and mainly teaches Certificate in Macao History and Tourism, Certificate in Tour Guiding, Educational Tourism and Heritage related courses. She is also part of the team delivering Cultural Heritage Specialist Guide Training Certificate Programme.
