Biography

Dr. Connie Loi’s career has brought her full-circle. Connie studied Tourism Business Management at IFTM (with a specialisation in Hotel Management). She subsequently received a PhD in Tourism from James Cook University Australia under the joint supervision of Professor Philip Pearce (principal) and Dr. Laurie Murphy after pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Management from University of London. Results of her research appear frequently in international academic journals and in conference proceedings in the field of tourism and hospitality. Connie's research interests mainly lie in the tourist behavior and destination management aspects such as:

- Tourism/Hospitality Service Quality
- Tourism Product Management
