Biography

Edwyn had more than 25 years of working experience in the F&B industry. In 1987, he became restaurant manager in one of the top hotels in Macau, since then, his scope of area in charge in the F&B department kept on expanding. Besides Fine Dining Restaurant, it included Room Service, Cake Shop, Executive Lounge and Pool Bar Restaurant simultaneously. Throughout the years, Edwyn kept on studying to enhance his knowledge level and obtained various international F&B related certificates.

Edwyn joined us in 2005 as Consultant for F&B Courses and is now the Coordinator for Food and Beverage Courses. He currently teaches subjects related to F&B Management, Supervision, Western restaurant service, Bartending, Food & Wine Knowledge and Dining Etiquette. He is the Approved UTM MORS Trainer (Western Waiter/Waitress and Bartender), the expert in the GBA - OEMC Restaurant Service occupation and also responsible in organizing special F&B training courses, workshops and seminars for UTM.
