Jacky graduated from the Cesar Ritz SHCC College, Switzerland with High Diploma of Hotel Management. He holds a National occupational skill qualification – Tea Appraiser. He started his professional career in Macau for various international hotel chains such as Hyatt Hotel Macau, Westin Hotel Macau, New Century Hotel Beijing, DTF Restaurants Group Shanghai. Later he decided to share his expertise in the hospitality industry with others and so he decided to join IFTM in 2006. He is now the instructor in Food and Beverage Management and Customer Service.
