Lei Tak Un had more than 20 years of Pastry & Bakery working experience in the Hotel industry. In 1998-2020, he was a Head Baker in one of the high-end hotel in Macau, and he was a IFTM part-time teacher of "Diploma in Pastry and Bakety" and some related short courses. Throughout the years, Lei Tak Un kept on studying to enhance his knowledge level and obtained various Pastry and Bakery specialized courses.

Lei Tak Un joined IFTM in 2020 as a full time instructor. He currently teaches subjects related to Pastry and Bakery, and Restaurant Operation. He is the approved MORS Bakery Chef trainer.
