The 2024 edition of the renowned dining publication, to be launched officially on 14 March, reaffirms Bib Gourmand status for the Institute\u2019s training unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IFTM ER is one of 10 Macao eateries with that accolade in this year\u2019s edition, according to a preview by the guide\u2019s publishers on 7 March. Bib Gourmand designation in Macao recognises venues offering a high-quality three-course meal for MOP400 or under, a standard upheld by the restaurant for the 12th year in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restaurant\u2019s menu showcases an array of traditional Macanese, Portuguese, and Western-style dishes, infused with a modern twist. It offers a distinctive Macanese cuisine tasting menu, providing guests with an opportunity to savour the product of this unique gastronomic tradition.
