Macao University of Tourism (UTM) Wine Appreciation Club, an affiliate of the UTM Student Union, was invited&nbsp;by Hong Kong SAR-based Henry Fok Ying Tung Group Company Limited and&nbsp;Quinta da Marmeleira from Portugal to host a dinner&nbsp;on 28 June&nbsp;in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was hosted by Mr. Oscar Man Cheng Ho, Lecturer at the Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management at UTM, in partnership with Ms. Diana Shi Wen\u00a0Zeng, President of the UTM Wine Appreciation Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The duo showcased the unique features of Portuguese wines and introduced Macanese cuisine to around 60 guests from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including key
