It attracted hundreds of people, including many from Southeast Asia who had come to Macao either as migrants or as refugees.<\/p>\n<p>As well as giving a recital, IFT Chamber Music Club members had the opportunity to forge links with musicians and other performers from several places, including the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was honoured to be part of such a meaningful event,\u201d says Cherry Huang, a Tourism Event Management student at IFT and since 2015 a violinist in the Chamber Music Club.<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble organiser Ms. Hilda Fok says the participation of the Chamber Music Club at such an event raises its profile in the Macao community.
