The guide\u2019s inspectors give the Bib Gourmand tag to establishments that offer a high-quality 3-course meal for MOP400 or less.<\/p>\n<p>Michelin Guides are among the most influential publications in the world of hospitality. The original Michelin Guide, covering France, was first published in 1900. There are now several versions of the guide, covering 28 different parts of the world.<\/p>\n<p>The IFT Educational Restaurant offers a practical learning environment for students. Coached and supervised by the restaurant\u2019s team of instructors, students can acquire valuable practical experience of food and beverage operations.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment serves a unique selection of Macanese and Portuguese dishes with a modern touch.
