Her presentation discussed creative marketing and entrepreneurship in Food and Beveragebusiness in Macao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IFTM Lecturer, Mr. Kelvin Leong Ka Hou, hosted the event. It was put on for Year 1 undergraduates attending the Cultural and Heritage Management Bachelor\u2019s Degree Programme as part of the course Cultural and Creative Industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desiree is a bar as well as a retail business in Macau organised by Mr. Sham. Mr. Sham is the second-runner-up in one of the biggest live-streaming competitions in China: Mango C-Anchor Challenge. The guest lecture addressed how to use creative marketing methods such as live streaming to enhance the distribution of the product. Mr. Sham also underpinned a few critical points in her presentation: ambush marketing and the golden rules for entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Mr. Leong, Mr. Sham has given students an interactive opportunity to learn how a new business could survive in a competitive market.
