Remarks:
1. Students are charged on programme fee basis. A student is required to settle the full programme tuition fee even if s/he has credit exemption or can complete the whole programme earlier than the normal study period.
2. For students who are not able to complete the programme and continue beyond the normal study period, the tuition fee will be calculated on credit-basis.
3. Fees are subject to annual review.
4. Students of Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management have to (1) pay food material fees (Reference price: MOP10,000 in Year 1, MOP10,000 in Year 2 and MOP5,000 in Year 3, not applicable in Year 4, all subject to annual review) upon enrolment in food preparation courses and (2) purchase a knife set (MOP936.90, reference price for 2025/2026).
