We are delighted to share an exciting opportunity for young professionals in the travel and tourism industry.

The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) is accepting nominations and applications for the prestigious PATA Face of the Future 2026 - one of the most prominent recognitions for emerging leaders in the Asia Pacific travel and tourism industry. This year's award holds even greater significance as it coincides with PATA's 75th Anniversary.

About the Award
For nearly 25 years, PATA has honoured exceptional "rising stars" who demonstrate outstanding initiative, leadership, and commitment to the sustainable development of the Asia Pacific travel industry.

Eligibility

• Aged 18–35 as of April 15, 2026
• Currently working for a PATA member organisation in good standing, or undertaking postgraduate travel and tourism studies at a PATA member educational institution

What the Grand Winner Receives

• Official recognition as PATA Face of the Future 2026, including use of the brand identity logo
• Full sponsorship to attend PATA Travel Mart 2026 (PTM 2026) in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia (18–20 August 2026)
• A seat on the PATA Board, representing the next generation
• Speaking opportunity at PATA events
• Global media exposure through PATA's communication channels
• A feature blog post on the PATA website

How to Apply via UTM
UTM will prepare the nomination letter and submit the nomination/application to PATA on behalf of selected candidate.
