In order to further optimize the previous online services, the faculty has launched the new mobile application, MyUTM. Students can use various functions of MyUTM anytime and anywhere to create a more convenient and efficient campus life.
What is MyUTM?MyUTM mainly provides functions such as institute information, course information and internal applications for students of degree programmers. In addition to checking the latest information of UTM, viewing transcripts and submitting applications through MyUTM, students can also make online electronic payments through the app.
MyUTM has four pages, the main features include:
| Home page | Students can receive push notifications of UTM's latest news, view institute announcements, check vaccination status and access other general functions such as: Moodle, webmail and UTM library, etc. |
| Course | Students can check the status of enrolled courses, class schedules, attendance rates, grades and thesis proposals, etc. |
| Application | Students can apply for transcripts, certificates of enrollment, course outlines, course adds and drops, leave of absence and make-up exams, etc. In addition, students can pay and view the application process via the app. |
| My | Digital student ID card, view and modify student personal information, view bills and make payments, scan QR code to take attendance, etc. |
1. Students can directly use multiple online services of UTM through MyUTM, which makes the process more convenient and faster.
2. Students can use their mobile phones to scan the classroom QR code through MyUTM to take the class attendance. It can save the time of roll call in class.
3. Students can directly connect to the UTM library through MyUTM, which is convenient for students to directly use the services of the UTM library.
4. MyUTM will notify users of the latest information of UTM by sending messages.
