Abstract

Modern education has always been tied to technology, and online applications and smart tools have become an important part of that. Portal is often used at colleges and universities to provide timely and important information and necessary updates to students as well as faculty and staff at these colleges and universities at all times. The Portal is divided into a student portal and a staff portal. The Portal is a multi-functional website that provides a variety of resources and services to visitors by centralizing all school-related announcements, information and resources, include email, MOODLE, E-SERVICES, venue booking and external links.

What is PORTAL?

Portal is a web-based platform and terminology commonly used to describe a login page that collects information from various sources into a user interface that allows students and staff to access school-related announcements, information, and resources using a username and password provided by the school.

    The Portal provides access to all school-related announcements, information and resources, allowing students and staff to access important information about the school more quickly. Students and staff can stay up-to-date with the latest announcements and information and communicate with each other more easily.
  2. Portal instead of traditional paper-based brochure information.
    The school uses the Portal to share information with students and staff. Instead of relying on printing and distribution of costly paper handbook information and brochures, the Portal's announcements and information are up-to-date and easy to access, which not only saves the school printing and paper costs, but also benefits the environment by using fewer resources.
