This programme is designed for students who would like to develop their careers in the food and beverage industry. In addition to the academic curriculum, students will also acquire the essential skills needed to become a professional chef. The professional courses included in the programme are Food Hygiene and Food Science, Introduction to Nutrition, International Hotel Operations, International Food and Beverage Operations, and International Culinary Arts. In the third year, students are required to undertake an internship to apply the knowledge they have gained in school.
