F&B executives from integrated resorts giving opinions on MORS Tea Master training manuals development

Following the first meeting at the first quarter of this year, the Institute of Executive and Professional Development (original unit name: School of Continuing Education) invited the senior executives of the F&B departments from local integrated resorts to meet with the training manual development experts formed by teachers from IEPD and Guangzhou Vocational School of Tourism & Business to discuss on the draft prepared by both Schools.  From the perspective of practitioners, the meeting attendees gave opinions on the job tasks, competence, and performance requirements of the job position of a Tea Master, as well as refined and validated the draft training framework.
