This programme is designed for students who would like to develop their careers in the food and beverage sector, as well as the tourism and hospitality industry. In addition to the academic curriculum, students will also acquire the essential skills needed to become a professional chef. The professional courses included in the programme are Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage Operations, Introduction to Barista, Introduction to Nutrition, Food hygiene and Food science, and International Culinary Arts (Western Chef and Pastry Chef). In the third year, students are required to undertake an internship to apply the knowledge they have gained in school.
