This programme is designed for students who would like to develop their careers in the food and beverage sector as well as in the high-end hospitality service industry. In addition to the academic curriculum, students will acquire the essential skills needed to become a professional chef. The professional courses included in the programme are Food and Beverage Operations, MORS Front Office Agent, Introduction to Barista, Introduction to Nutrition, Food hygiene and Food Science, Golden Key Concierge Service, and International Culinary Arts (Western Chef and Pastry Chef). In the third year, students are required to undertake an internship to apply the knowledge they have gained in school.
