We cordially invited Chef Justin Paul, Director of Food and Beverage JP Hospitality to share his culinary knowledge in a captivating cooking demonstration centered around the intricacies of Indian Cuisine, assisted by Chef Lam Chi Chong and Chef Adalia, Regional Chef.
