Black Forest Chocolate Praline Demonstration UTM X SEG

On October 8, 2024, our culinary students had the opportunity to join a pastry demonstration at the UTM Demo kitchen, where Michelin Star Chef Martin Rainbacher from the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland showcased his skills and imparted vital knowledge about pastry techniques. Our culinary students obtained valuable information regarding the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland and their expertise in preparing ganache and making and decorating chocolate molds. The students also learned some helpful information concerning emulsification and intriguing information regarding chocolate and its historical development. This exceptional event provided opportunities to acquire new knowledge and valuable insights that will advance students' careers.
