Cooking Demonstration on French Pastries

We were thrilled to host Chef Ronny Leung Lok Sang, Pastry Consultant and Chef from Pastry Global Food Service Limited, who will present an exquisite cooking demonstration centered around the art of French pastries, assisted by Mr. Johnny Ho Ching To, Assistant Sales Manager and Ms. Katy Sze Ka Yi, Manager. This delightful class was crafted for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
