We were eager to invite Chef Leu Wai Leong, Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Grand Macao, to deliver an exciting cooking demonstration showcasing the diverse tastes of Malaysian cuisine, assisted by Chef Antong Ebbi Sabri Bin and Chef Jason Cheong. This engaging lecture was tailored for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
