We were honored to host Chef Hans He, Senior Chinese Chef De Cuisine from Mandarin Oriental Macau, to present a fascinating cooking demonstration centered on the unique aspects of Shanghai cuisine. This enriching session was specially designed for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
