We were excited to invite Chef Alessio Di Tullio, Chef de Cuisine from Rossi Trattoria at Studio City Macau, to present an inspiring cooking demonstration featuring the rich traditions of Italian cuisine, assisted by Chef Henry Zhang and Senior Manager Pedro Chan. This informative session was specially designed for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
