We were delighted to host Chef Safa Rodas, Chef De Cuisine from Aurora at Altira Macau, for a vibrant cooking demonstration showcasing the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, assisted by Sous Chef Sou Pak Lei. This engaging session was designed specifically for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
