UTM and École Ducasse signed an important memorandum of understanding in November 2024 to enhance collaboration with international HEIs. This MOU exempts eligible students from UTM's Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management programme from the internship requirement of the diploma course at École Ducasse and offers them scholarships.
On March 5th and 6th, 2025, Ms. Veronica Yin, Regional Admissions Manager, from Sommet Education, joined us in UTM to promote these exceptional courses, providing valuable insights into the curriculum and the hands-on experiences that define École Ducasse's approach to culinary education. During our recent sharing session, we had the pleasure of discussing the esteemed undergraduate and diploma programs in Culinary Arts and French Pastry Arts offered by École Ducasse. The students were highly engaged and posed thoughtful questions about the diploma programs, demonstrating a keen interest in the skills and knowledge they could acquire. This dialogue not only highlighted the importance of culinary arts and pastry education but also inspired many to consider pursuing their passions at École Ducasse.
