We were thrilled to host Chef Miguel Joao Covas, Sous Chef from Artyzen Grand Lapa, who presented an exquisite cooking demonstration centered around the art of Contemporary Portuguese cuisine, assisted by Chef Edgar Rodrigues. This delightful class was crafted for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
