We were excited to invite Chefs Lai Chi Kit and Wan Chi Wai, Sous Chefs from Galaxy Entertainment Group, to present an inspiring cooking demonstration featuring the rich traditions of Korean cuisine, assisted by Chef Annie Chio. This informative session was specially designed for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
