We were delighted to welcome Chef Denver Govender, Executive Chef from Aria By Chef D, for a dynamic cooking demonstration highlighting the rich flavors of South African cuisine. He was accompanied by Chef Roland Komarasamy and Chef Karl Angelo B Sanosa. This valuable session was designed exclusively for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
