Master’s students learnt about event innovation in practice

Students from the MSc in International Events Management programme learnt about event innovation in practice by guest speaker Sky Ng. An alumnus from UTM's BSc Tourism Event Management programme, Sky embarked on a magical career around the world at Disneylands in Orlando, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Recently relocated back to his hometown Macao to serve the region's bourgeoning events industry, Sky took part in the critically acclaimed Macau 2049 show, directed by legendary Chinese filmmaker Zhang Yimou. Specialised in stage management and show production, Sky captivated the students with his perspectives in event innovation drawing from his vast experience and rich background in the showbiz sector.
