Together, they shared frontline expertise and passed down invaluable operational experience through their professional dedication.
Specially tailored for our third-year Culinary Arts Management (CAM) students, this session spotlighted Chef Chio, the young culinary talent from Macao, China, selected for the FAO’s Young Chefs Programme.
