Students from the Macao University of Tourism (UTM) Wine Appreciation Club, an affiliate of the UTM Student Union, were invited by Wynn Macau to participate in the "The Prestigious Perfection of Ningxia Wine" series of events and learned from renowned Chinese Master of Wine David Xing MW on Ningxia wines.
David Xing MW has become China's next generation and Asia's youngest Master of Wines in 2024. As one of China's top wine educators, he was mentored by two prestigious Masters of Wine, Fongyee Walker and Edward Ragg. Dedicated to promoting and educating wine culture, he actively participates in international wine competitions as a judge, shares his expertise on online platforms, and provides wine masterclass training to wine enthusiasts and professionals. In the masterclass, David Xing MW led participants in exploring and discussing emerging trends in Ningxia wines and showcased the region's potential for wine development. After the masterclass, David Xing MW also interacted with the faculty and students and shared his wine wisdoms.
