Macao University of Tourism (UTM) Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management Lecturer Mr. Oscar Man Cheng Ho was recently awarded with the AWSEC Excellence Award in Hong Kong, China. Established in 1994, Asia Wine Service & Education Centre (AWSEC) is Asia's premier provider of Wine, Sake and Spirits education and was the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Educator of the Year.
