I am Jason Fong, a second year student of the BSc Tourism Event Management programme. I'd like to share my feelings after participating in the 12th National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities of the People’s Republic of China. Taking part in this event allowed me to deeply appreciate the charm of China's rich and colourful ethnic minority culture and traditional sports. People from all provinces from our country came together for this performance, and it was a spectacular sight. When the Macao Team appeared on the stage, I felt deeply proud and honoured. I really enjoyed the moment! The warm welcome from tens of thousands of spectators was surreal! It was a very unforgettable experience. I have deeply felt the diversity and richness of ethnic minority cultures, and I cherish and respect these precious cultural heritage even more.
