Dr Yan Io, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Innovative Hospitality Management, recently brought first-year students to visit the 2026 Lunar New Year Shopping & Food Expo at the Venetian Macao. The field trip aimed to expand students' horizons and consolidate classroom lectures with real-life cases and experience. A representative from the organizer provided the students with a tour and introduced the event to the students.
