Muslim Cuisine Seminar and Cooking Demonstration Workshop

In order to help professionals from the F&B industry to identify and stimulate a Muslim friendly food option to hotel guests, IFT and MGTO are jointly organising a Muslim Cuisine Seminar and Cooking Demonstration Workshop on Dec 6.  Topics to be discussed include:

1. Understanding Muslim Friendly Concept & Philosophy
2. Determine Consumption of Food in Islamic Community
3. Halal Components in Islamic Food Legislation
4. Implementation & Creating a Muslim Friendly Food Segment
5. Similarity of Halal & Kosher
6. Kosher as a Halal Substitute in Foreign Ground
