Additional Service and Terms
- Reservation is only available for designated parties.
- No service charge or government tax is applicable since Pousada is a government owned property.
- Extra bed is charged at MOP/HKD200 per night and without breakfast. (Only applicable to Deluxe room and Suite).
- Extra breakfast costs $140 per set and advance reservation is required.
- 10% off for UTM alumni. Guest is required to upload the alumni card when submitting the “Reservation Enquiry Form”. Discount is applicable on one room only on the same day. Discount is not applicable to Long Staying Package.
- Discount offerings are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- For room moving during the stay, guest will need to check out before 12:00 noon on the day of room move and the key of the other room can be collected at front desk after 3:00 p.m.
Prepaid Reservations
- All settled payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
General Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Payment must be made 7 days prior to the date of arrival. For overdue payment, reservation will be cancelled without prior notice.
- If reservation is made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, payment deadline will be 24hours from the time of confirmation.
- Cancellations or amendment made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge (only applicable to non-settled reservations).
7-night and 30-night Long Staying Package Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Long Staying Package requires continuous stay, which can be extended according to the respective nightly rate.
- 7-night Long Staying Package is not applicable on Blackout dates.
- Payment must be made 14 days prior to the date of arrival. For overdue payment, reservation will be cancelled without prior notice.
- Reservation made less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival should be settled within 24 hours from the issuance of email confirmation by UTM.
- Cancellation or amendment made more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge (only applicable on non-settled reservations).
90-night Long Staying Package Reservation and Cancellation Policy
