Candidates must fulfill the following academic requirement, work experience requirement and language proficiency requirement:

1. Holders of master’s degrees in business, management or related fields; or
2. For holders of master's degrees in other fields (e.g. non-social study fields, science fields), a holistic evaluation needs to be conducted that takes into account their overall education background and working experience.

• Applicants are required to have a minimum of three years' full-time work experience accumulated in:

(a) Management level positions, and/or

(b) Academic positions at higher educational degree-granting institutions.

• In cases where applicants’ three years' full-time work experience has been accumulated - partially or in full - from organisations where traditional hierarchical levels or management positions do not apply (e.g., not-for-profit organisations or government departments), their main job duties will be evaluated to determine whether they can be considered equivalent to (a) above.
  
  

Applicants are required to provide proof for current or latest 3-year full-time work experience in management level application. For example, a testimonial on official company letterhead from the HR department or a signed testimonial on official company letterhead from a relevant company official. The work proof needs to include but not limited to:

• applicant’s job title and main responsibility;
• serving period with dates information;
• the company’s official stamp;
• the name, signature, and contact details of the HR official or relevant company official.

The validity of the work proof is 6 months from the date of issuance (sample). Verification proof for working experience issued by the government authorities shall be required upon admission. 

Applicants are required to provide evidence of English proficiency unless they have obtained a degree for which English is the medium of instruction.

Applicants are required to do any of the following unless they have obtained a degree for which Chinese is the medium of instruction.

• Self-declaration: Applicants can indicate their Chinese proficiency level on the application form.
• Language assessment interview: Applicants without any Chinese proficiency evidence may be required to attend an interview.
• Proof of proficiency (Optional): Applicants with a minimum score of 180 on HSK Level 6 from recognised institutions.
