In order to enrich the students’ learning experience at IFT and to help building up students’ confidence and sense of belongings, an Alumni Sharing Session under the theme "Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences" was successfully held by IFT Alumni Association and Student Union on 25 April. This time, we have the honour to invite two experienced alumni, Ms. Tracy Ng (Club Manager, The Ritz-Carlton Macau) and Ms. Mancy Chong (Manager, Spa & Gallery - Banyan Tree Macau) to share with our students their experience throughout the years and give them some tips for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
