The Marco Polo Hotels management trainee program is now open for applications. This one-year structured program offers a well-rounded development experience and exposure to the hotel industry, with the aim of developing future leaders' managerial, leadership, and functional skills.

The program includes a series of function-focused job rotations across different teams and hotels. Upon successful completion and meeting predetermined performance criteria, management trainees will be rewarded with a fast-track career development opportunity.

Marco Polo Hotels is offering an attractive remuneration package, including a 5-day work week and accommodation for non-local students.
