Collection of Graduation Documents:

  • In person

    When collecting documents, graduates are required to present identification document or student card.

  • Authorised Collection

    Graduates who could not come personally to collect any document could have the following arrangement: (Sample of Authorisation Letter)

    1. True copy of graduate's authorisation letter stating the nominee's full name as shown in ID card/passport and his/her ID/passport number as well as the items to be collected (the nominee should bring the original authorisation letter with graduate's signature identical to that shown in ID card/passport);
    2. Nominee's ID card/passport copy; and
    3. Graduate's ID card/passport copy.

    *If nominee could only present the photocopy / printed copy of authorisation letter, graduates are required to send the authorisation letter to graduation@utm.edu.mo from their UTM email account for approval at least one working day before collection.

  • Mailing by Express Mail Service (EMS)
    Graduates wishing to have their documents mailed are required to complete the application form (Application for Mailing Graduation Document) and email it to graduation@utm.edu.mo from their UTM email account for approval. Once approved, an online payment link will be provided to settle the handling fee. The University will send the graduation document via EMS within 5 working days after payment settlement.

Important note: Graduates can ONLY collect documents from Pedagogic Affairs Department should they have no outstanding items with UTM.

Graduation documents included in package:

  1. Graduation Certificate
  2. Graduation Honour Certificate (Only issued to Bachelor's Degree Programmes graduates with First Class Honour)
  3. Transcript
  4. Alumni Card
  5. Certificate folder

Application for UTM certified true copy or scanned copy of transcript / graduation certificate:

Graduates can apply for a certified true copy / scanned copy of graduation certificate / transcript. To do this, please fill out the application form (Application for the Photocopy and Scanned Copy of Transcript / Graduation Certificate) and email it to graduation@utm.edu.mo using your UTM email account for approval. Once approved, an online payment link will be provided to settle the application fee. Certified true copies can be collected from the PA counter, and scanned copies will be emailed within 3 working days after payment settlement.
