Faculty members from the Macao University of Tourism (UTM) were invited by Sands China to take part in an immersive industry experience programme. Through in-depth, on-site exchanges across the integrated resorts—spanning food & beverage, front office, digital marketing, and MICE services—they gained firsthand insights into current industry practices and emerging trends. Key experience areas include: F&B operations and culinary services, digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, hotel sales, guest services, front office, housekeeping and MICE.

At the close of the programme, faculty members took part in a reflection session to share their observations and insights on the operations of Sands China. Executives and leaders from the relevant departments were invited to join, creating a valuable platform for open exchange.
