On 22 October, UTM was honored to welcome a member of the ICCA Future Leaders Council, Mr. Mitchel McCuish, Director of Marketing and Engagement at Business Events Perth, to UTM campus for an exclusive guest lecture.
Addressing UTM students enrolled in tourism event management programme, Mr. McCuish delivered a powerful session on the real-world dynamics of the MICE industry, and shared invaluable, practical insights on how to successfully bid for and manage international business events, the key elements of a winning proposal, as well as candid stories from his own professional journey. The lecture concluded with a lively Q&A session, where UTM students had the opportunity to directly engage with the global industry young leader.
