Bachelor of Science in Intelligent and Innovative Management

Programme Overview

Macao University of Tourism (UTM) actively responds to the strategic development plan of the Macao SAR Government for the construction of the “Macao Hengqin-International Education (University) Town” in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Building on UTM’s existing cooperation with the Swiss Education Group (SEG) in international hospitality education, UTM is expanding collaboration with SEG-affiliated institutions to jointly cultivate international talent in Hengqin.

Following the establishment of the centre, UTM and CRCS plan to recruit the first cohort of bachelor’s degree students globally for the 2027/2028 academic year. Accordingly, a new forward-looking programme responsive to industry trends and global market demand is required.

Against the backdrop of rapid advances in the global digital economy and intelligent technologies, industrial structures and business models are being profoundly reshaped. With this influence, public companies’ strategies also increasingly focused on digital transformation and innovation-driven development.

The Bachelor of Science in Intelligent Technologies and Innovative Management is designed to address industry trends and bridge the talent gap by nurturing interdisciplinary professionals and future management personnel who are capable of driving technology implementation, business solutions, and digital transformation, thereby providing essential support for regional and global industrial upgrading and high-quality development.
